Compare these two photos. Note the tapered shape of the face, and in particular, note the asymmetry of the beard on the chin.  This would be a natural phenomenon of the person.

This photo, immediately below, of a person whose name we were told is Chris Evens, was published HERE in  June, 2009.  We published it because of its frightening resemblance to the clay model [photo also immediately below], of the person last seen speaking to Daniel Morcombe, & which clay model was commissioned by Bruce and Denise Morcombe.   Police had intimidated our witness, and attempted to steal all such photos from her to conceal this photo, to PROTECT THIS PERSON. Police were so enraged when we published this photo, that two months later, in  August, 2009,  police arrested Russell Mathews, on a pretext of trumped up charges, related to his purported websites, stole his computer to see what information he had, and charged him to remove this photo.   See our detailed explanation elsewhere on this site.  The parasite police and the parasites of the Commonwealth of Australia Director of Public Prosecutions, [Shane Hunter & Anthony Gett] were stopped in their tracks when Russell Mathews had a RESOUNDING VICTORY 20th July, 2010 in Queensland Court of Appeal, soon [about three weeks], after he ceased attending the Committal Hearing.  The subject matter of that appeal was closely related to these latest four charges.  I recommend you read the decision of the President of the Court of Appeal in that Appeal.  [As an aside: Have readers noted that although the arrested person has been named as Brett Peter Cowan, his image is not published, but obliterated?  Does the arrested suspect resemble the clay model commissioned by Denise and Bruce Morcombe, and so also resemble this fellow here named Chris Evens?]

Coral McVean, Hugh McVean, and his Brother John McVean now of Bilambil Heights are all criminals.  What aggravates one crime is that they all conspired together [pdf].  That same crime is also published in faster downloading html, [or click on the photo].  The 'scene' of that Insurance Fraud crime is

Hugh McVean and my sister Coral McVean have a long Criminal history.  To my knowledge, there are repeated instances of 'dishonest appropriation' basically FRAUD, but in circumstances of AGGRAVATION.  As one trained in law [I have an LLB], I can tell you that 'Aggravation' in relation to theft, FRAUD and 'stealing' draws a higher tariff, that is a longer term of imprisonment, up to 14 years in Queensland, Australia.  This is because the fraud is easier to perpetrate, because it involves the fraudster mis-using trust that has been placed in them, and thus harder to detect.  Predominantly, this occurs by an employee from an employer, and by a Fiduciary, such as a person with an Enduring Power of Attorney, but in the case of a Fiduciary, the fraud does not need to be of the person to whom they owed the Fiduciary duty, just somehow involving the FIDUCIARY DUTY.  The Criminal law of Queensland regarding this is explained online.

Coral McVean, had Enduring Power of Attorney for our blind mother.  I had $60,000 in accounts over which my mother had signatory powers, [but so did I].  Coral McVean, conspiring with Hugh McVean, transferred my $60,000 so I could not access it but kept it in Mum's name, well so they told Mum.   On repeated occasions,  Mum advised me that she would have Coral return it to me.  It never happened.  Now, I could not go and see Mum.  Mum was blind, so, after Dad died, they took Mum to live with them.  They took all of Mum's BLIND PENSION, and Coral also received a carer's pension and allowance. They had their lawyers write to me and tell me that if I visited my mother, I WOULD BE CHARGED WITH TRESPASS.  I HAVE THAT IN WRITING.  As I  said, I know LAW, and I can tell you that those lawyers are criminals, but the corrupt legal system in Queensland and Australia, encourages that. 

So, for me to talk to Mum, I had to phone.  Coral and Hugh McVean made that almost impossible for Mum by giving her a minute wireless 'phone that Mum could not see, as Mum was totally blind, and could not use.  To make matters even more impossible for Mum, they ensured that the phone was a 'wireless' phone, and Mum had to travel to a distant part of the house to talk to me.  Listen to what that did to Mum.  [Remember, I had phoned 10 minutes earlier so Mum could be in a situation to take the call.]
I secretly recorded the call, and just as well I did.  It would not have been necessary, if the government, courts, judges, commissions and public sector [including Crime Stoppers] had not been all corrupt to the core. [I believe the Internet can mobilize 'People Power', including through the ballot box, although ELECTORAL FRAUD is rampant by mainly labor, to overcome the corruption.  There has never been an 'internet' previously, and we are only scratching ths surface of what is possible with the internet, and ICT.]
